Introduction

This five-day course teaches how to use digital tools to create measurable business improvements. You will learn to match tools to specific problems, run rapid pilots, and measure results. The program combines short theory with hands-on exercises using automation, analytics and low-code tools. The aim is to reduce deployment risk and accelerate value from digital initiatives.

Objectives

1. Assess and prioritise business problems that can be solved with digital tools.
2. Map customer and operational workflows to identify effective digital touchpoints.
3. Select, configure and integrate appropriate automation, analytics or low-code solutions for a defined use case.
4. Design and run a pilot or minimum viable solution, including basic implementation steps and governance.
5. Define metrics, calculate expected ROI and create a practical roadmap for scaling and adoption.
